For a number of reasons not pertinent to this opinion the transaction began to unravel. Charging misrepresentation by the appellees, appellants brought suit to rescind the contract. Appellees denied the allegations of misrepresentation and instituted a counterclaim for the unpaid balance of the purchase price.
